Floris van Kuijeren
Floris is realtor and owner at VK Real Estate.
Grew up in Velsen and lived for a long time in Haarlem (Leidsebuurt). Since the beginning of 2020 he lives in Overveen. Words to describe Floris: Service oriented, practical, effective, stubborn and has always the goal in sight.
Helping people with the sale or purchase of their home by sharing his knowledge and extensive network is according to Sander the best thing of his job. Honour existing commitments and honesty are important pillars in his approach.
Gisele is an assistant-realtor at VK Real Estate and is studying for the A-RMT in Amsterdam. Originally she’s from Brazil and has experience in the real estate business over there.

Simon is our Expat Realtor here at VK Makelaars. Simon is a UK expat himself who has worked in real estate in the UK and in the Middle East. He moved to Haarlem in August 2019 together with his wife and 2 daughters.
Ron is our standard photographer of Object&Co and does a great deal in the selling process. A good professional to work with, that always delivers awesome work and keeps his word in deals!
Reggie is driven and is experienced in purchasing and selling homes in Haarlem for himself. That experience he uses to help out his clients completely with purchasing and selling, but also with renting or renting out their home!

We work with a limited amount of homes at the same time. Because of this we can put more ours of work in one search assignment for our clients. With the selling process of a home of one of our clients, we take all the time that’s necessary for important things, like viewings. Haste is never a good thing and we want that every interested party gets the time they want to view the home, ask questions and prepare their bidding. We see that this way of working helps our clients the best reaching the ultimate goal.

We like transparency and 1 clearly rate. With the sales of your home our start-up costs is within the realtor fee. That’s easy and clear. You pay us after you signed the deed of purchase at the notary. So the money comes from the yield you have from selling your home.
During office ours there’s always a team member who will pick up the phone and helps you with your question. Also the people who are interested in purchasing your home. When your too late for the office ours, you can still call us, sent us an e-mail or a message thru Whatsapp. When someone is on a holiday, then there will be a replacement. If no one is picking up, we will call you back.
