Who are you?
- You are doing the K-RMT or A-RMT training or you have already completed it
- You want to make your first flying hours and make the profession your own
- You live within 30 minutes drive from Haarlem
- You are super motivated, eager to learn, honest, commercial, fanatical and customer-oriented
- You are well able to work independently with what you have learned as well

We are a small, young, new, fresh and modern real estate agency based in Haarlem with a working area throughout Zuid Kennemerland and Amsterdam. We are stubborn in our thinking, very ambitious and always looking for the best win-win. Satisfied customers and satisfied brokers.
The function
You will be working from our office in the Crown Business Center Haarlem (truly a great place to work).
We take you through all the activities, processes and tasks of a real estate agent. You watch, learn, try yourself, are guided, coached and….. will take up the work more and more independently.
The work is very diverse. It’s from scheduling appointments, writing sales texts, drafting sales deeds, walking along with architectural inspections, conducting sales visits, home inspections, transports at the notary, marketing tasks and…so on!

- You get a piece of the profit sharing from the projects we do together and the trade you bring in yourself through your own network and all your commercial dealings in the office and in the field.
- Also, after your internship, you can move on directly with us as a permanent (ZZP or franchise) broker.

Deadline and other issues
The duration of the internship, travel expenses, insurance, benefits and all that stuff, we go over it in the office with a cup of coffee.
