As a purchasing agent, we often advise the buyer to have the property inspected. We do this, of course, to see what the constructional and technical l aspects of the home are and the costs to improve them. Not only for the short term, but also for the future. As a buyer, you really get to know your new home well. Something can still be good now, but in 5 years’ time it will be your turn to be replaced, such as the bitumen on the flat roof.

If we do not recommend a structural inspection, it may for example be that it is a straightforward apartment, with a good active VvE and a good maintenance plan (MJOP).

The costs of an architectural inspection are approximately €350 including VAT and are paid by the buyer.
