Of this house, the cement between the bricks was still almost wet, so new was it. This newly built home was completed in Q1 2020 and sold with our purchase assistance to our clients in August 2020. We had this lovely spacious home inspected structurally. The house was literally so good structurally, than zero repair costs were included in the architectural report.
