Spoorbuurtstraat 23, Zandvoort

This concerns a new construction project, where we have assisted our clients with the purchase of a plot in the middle of Zandvoort which included a construction file (building permit, construction drawings, demolition of current old buildings, etc). We have also helped purchase an additional piece of land behind the house from another owner, to enlarge the total plot (and thus garden).
