This is how our Full Service Purchase Guidance works


1. Search talk

We will start with a talk about what you look for, about your wishes and possibilities at our office or somewhere else. Than we will create a search profile for you, that’s what we use for finding the right home for you.

2. Plan the purchase viewings

We will plan the viewings of the homes you’re interested in and that fits you. As realtor we often get better viewing spots than people who look for homes without a realtor.


3. Viewings

We will do viewings together. Sometimes you will do the first one yourself, depending on how fast the home will be sold, how interested you are or when the viewing is. If we’re not there the first time, then we will DEFINITELY be there the second time.


4. We show you the aspects of the home

During and after the viewings we will show you the legal and architectural sides of the home and we’ll give you professional advice.

5. Valuation and bidding

We will make a valuation of the home, prepare a bidding (after talking it over with you) and handle the negotiations to purchase the home successfully.


6. Guidance with the deed of purchase

We will check the deed of purchase and will walk it through with you. When everything is clear you will sign the deed.

7. Introduce third parties

We will help you with choosing a notary, architectural inspector and appraiser.
We are in direct contact with the best parties to do this for you. Also, we’ll be present during the inspection and the appraisal.

8. Guarding the terms

We guard the terms of the deposit and the resolutive conditions.
Also we check the memorandum of settlement (from the notary) and the deed of delivery.


9. Support

During the entire process you can call/app/mail us for any questions or advice you have or need. (We experience on a daily basis that’s what people do.)

10. Inspection and notary

On the day of delivery we will guide you with the inspection of the home and check if everything is ready. If there is something not correct (happens regularly) we will make sure it’s handled. After the inspection we will guide you with signing the contracts at the notary.

Even when the delivery is over you can always call us with questions, problems or if you need advice.
