Who are you?

  • You have your papers KRMT, ARMT, RM, RT or RMT
  • You are looking for a fun new job with (more) freedom and entrepreneurship
  • You live in the Netherlands and are willing to be inducted in Haarlem
  • You are super motivated, eager to learn, honest, commercial, fanatical and customer-oriented
  • You have a good network or are good at building one
  • You are good at bringing in your new customers
  • You own your own car, scooter, cargo bike, electric scooter, Segway, you name it. In any case, something to be able to get from A to B as a modern real estate agent and do your job well and responsibly

 

Who are we?
We are an ever-growing, fresh, modern, young and even a little crazy real estate agency based in Haarlem and working throughout the Netherlands. We are stubborn in our thinking, very ambitious and always looking for the best win-win. Satisfied customers and satisfied brokers. Our brokers are tough, flexible, entrepreneurial, sociable, eager to learn, part international and above all incredibly ambitious! Cannot does not exist!

The workplace
The vacancy is nationwide. We have our offices in Haarlem and Amsterdam, but if you live in Maastricht, Utrecht, The Hague or Groningen, you will also fit in our team! It is important that you are inducted into our Haarlem office. If you have mastered everything well enough and can deliver the quality that VK Makelaars stands for, then you can do your work anywhere in the Netherlands you want.

You will be inducted from our office in the Crown Business Center Haarlem (truly a great place to work). You have your own workspace with all the trimmings. You will work under the banner and formula of our firm. Our marketing apparatus, CRM, office, IT, back office, etc. Everything is at your disposal. There is always plenty of parking at our office itself and it is within walking distance of Haarlem-Spaarwoude NS railway station. Upon entering, the front desk has already taken care of your clients, and after you’ve had your search interview and mailed out sales proposals, you’ll enjoy lunch with your colleagues in the fantastic company restaurant (with spacious rooftop terrace). You are in a building with more than 100 friendly and mostly inspiring entrepreneurs of the most diverse disciplines. You can expand your network every day and even when your colleagues are out the door, you are never alone!

Working as a freelance real estate agent

The function
You will work in our team and under our banner and take the lead in bringing in your own clientele. You will do this from your own network and efforts on the job, but we are going to give you a hand with this. We provide you with enough sales leads that you can start acquiring. We can also assign you work within the team to take over from us again or to relieve us with it.

We make sure everything is there for you to do your job well. So you’ll use our back office, have access to our offices in Haarlem and Amsterdam, and all the marketing materials are ready to grab off the shelf. Because you work independently you have a lot of freedom, you are really doing your own business and you can make more than a very good living out of it. If you live far from Haarlem and Amsterdam, you can simply work from home or a local flex workplace. There is a regular contact/visit time at 1 of our offices in which we go through all your files together and, among other things, give advice and adjustment where necessary or requested.

We are a proud VBO real estate agent
Once we started as NVM brokers (under a different banner) and then moved on as VBO brokers. NVM and VBO are both the leading trade associations that stand for quality, security, knowledge, network, data (exchange), legal advice and much more. We deliberately chose VBO because it gives us more freedom of movement. Quality, but with somewhat less strict rules. In this way, as an A-RMT-er you can already start buying, own real estate investments are not an issue and it is easier for us and for you to grow in the future for example with your own branch. We have an excellent exchange database with almost all the same properties as the NVM and the search email (Tiara) is also covered. We also find that at VBO we have less hassle and much shorter lines at the time we need advice. In short: we are a proud VBO broker!

Other matters
There’s a lot we haven’t talked about here. You will have questions about finances, work days, professional liability insurance, partnership contract, tax issues, etc. In fact, we do this in the office with a cup of coffee.
