At VK Makelaars we like to work as personally as possible. We have a lot of contact with our customers through Whatsapp, which ensures fast and clear communication. A big advantage of this is also that we are not only available from Monday to Friday, from 9 to 5. No! Customers can send us messages 24/7 and we always respond quickly.
For us, each process is very familiar. On a daily basis we conduct negotiations, are in contact with notaries, brokers and appraisers. We know exactly what’s coming your way and will help you every step of the way buying, selling, renting or leasing!

We work with a limited number of houses at a time. This allows us to put a higher than average number of hours into each home or search. When selling a house of 1 of our clients, we take all the time for the important things, like the viewings. ‘Haste is rarely good’ and we want every interested party to have ample time to see the property, ask questions and prepare their bids. We see that this leads to higher sales revenues.
Personalized counseling

Therefore, you don’t want to be a number in a card box, but rather be helped immediately when you call and get the support you need. Our contact with customers is very close. We know all of our customers personally, and what’s more, we’re busy and available for you every day and evening. We are via phone, Whatsapp and email. No startup costs
We like transparency and 1 clear rate. When selling your home, our start-up costs are included in the brokerage fee. It’s easy and convenient. You only pay us at the notary from the sale proceeds, so you also have no ‘out of pocket costs’ with us when selling.
Always available
During office hours, there is always a staff member to answer the phone and help you immediately. So also the viewers who call to request a viewing of your house. Outside of opening hours, you may always call, app or email us. If one of us is on vacation, there is a replacement. If we do not answer, we will call you back.
Knowledge, skills and network
We know the region and know what to look for. We know the nice and the not so nice places in the neighborhood, we know the characteristics of the neighborhood and building features to be alert to. During purchase viewings we can always make a good and realistic estimate of the (overdue) maintenance costs and (desired) renovation costs. In addition, we have a large network and have been doing business with many other brokers for a long time, all for the best deal for our client!

We are certified and also affiliated with the trade association for brokers and appraisers; VBO. All our standard working documents are constantly up to date and checked by the industry association. We have the support of our own legal department and we are covered by a dispute and complaints committee.
