Born in Iran and raised in the Netherlands, Omid Alizadeh spent his childhood in the picturesque Hanseatic city of Deventer.

After studying architecture at Saxion Hogeschool Enschede and then Real Estate & Housing at Delft University of Technology, Omid has lived in The Hague since 2004. Meanwhile, together with his wife and two daughters.

Characteristic of Omid is his approachable nature, honesty, positive stubbornness and his focus with tremendous perseverance. He enjoys building a personal relationship with his clients, providing appropriate personal advice and guidance. Customers are not numbers to him!

Omid has 20 years of (international) experience in real estate and he knows how to combine his construction expertise with the right commercial aspects for the best achievable results. For this, he skillfully deploys his network when needed.

Omid’s focus is on the housing market in the Hague region, and he knows the neighborhoods of the Hofstad and surrounding municipalities like the back of his hand. With his international orientation and fluent in English and Persian (Farsi), he also knows how to unburden expats with their sale, purchase and rental plans in The Hague, Voorburg, Wassenaar, Rijswijk and Wateringen.

In his spare time, Omid cheers on her daughter along the soccer field, takes a stroll through the dunes of The Hague and devotes himself to Persian cuisine.
