A customer recently asked me for the simplest job ever: just passing on the meter readings of her new home. We only got stuck when filling in because it was not clear which electricity rate now belongs to which electricity level. We now know what it is and are going to explain it to you. These are the meter readings:

Low rate
High rate

So there is an ‘Electricity Low Tariff’ and an ‘Electricity High Tariff’.
However, when filling in the meter readings on the energy supplier’s website, you can only indicate whether something is “Stroom I” or “Stroom II. Nowhere is to be found, what belongs to what. Even customer service couldn’t tell right away. Only after the customer service manager got involved, we finally found out officially:

Current I = same as Low Rate (counting network 1)
Current II = same as High Rate (counting network 2)
