De woning

Tevens is de buurt onderdeel het ambitieuze renovatietraject ‘Van Pont tot Park’ waarmee de gemeente, de omgeving de buurt nog aantrekkelijker wil maken met parken, winkels en nieuwe woningen.

Voorzieningen in de buurt
De woning is goed bereikbaar met veel voorzieningen in de buurt. Gesitueerd op loopafstand van het centrum van IJmuiden, loopafstand van een supermarkt. Op fietsafstand liggen de duinen en het strand van IJmuiden. Daarnaast is de dichtstbijzijnde uitvalsweg in de nabije omgeving op slechts 8 minuten rijden. Openbaar vervoer is te vinden voor de deur met directe verbinding naar Amsterdam en het strand.

The apartment
Located in IJmuiden on the popular shopping street the Lange Nieuwstraat, is this beautiful cosy corner apartment. With three bedrooms, two spacious balconies and a fantastic large living room, this is a house to use in different ways. Last year, this house was completely renovated.

Through the vestibule you enter the hallway which gives access to all 4 rooms, the kitchen and the bathroom. Because of the corner location and many windows, there is always plenty of light in the living room, and you have a beautiful view. The living room also gives access to the first balcony, located on the Lange Nieuwe.

The master bedroom also opens onto this balcony, and its large size provides space for a king size bed, a closet and for example a workstation with desk.

Also in the second bedroom there is enough space for a double bed and wardrobes. A door here gives you access to the second balcony, which is shaded in the morning and sees afternoon and evening sun later in the day.

The third bedroom is the smallest, and can serve as a nursery, study or walk-in closet.
